Pinto Brothers, Inc. ("Pinto," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through our business operations and website, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights regarding it.

2. How We Use Information

3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Pinto operates a text messaging program for existing customers who opt in. Through this program, we send messages about product availability, pricing, and inventory status during market hours. Customers may opt in by submitting the form at pintobrothers.com/sms-opt-in, by signing a written or electronic consent form provided by a Pinto representative, or by other documented consent method. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only as necessary to:
Fulfill orders and deliveries (carriers, logistics partners, and delivery personnel)
Process payments (payment processors and financial institutions)
Provide business services on our behalf (accounting, legal, IT, and similar service providers bound by confidentiality obligations)
Comply with legal process, court order, subpoena, or law enforcement request
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our obligations seriously.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by contacting your Pinto sales representative, or by emailing the address below. Opt-outs are honored within one business day.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business-to-business use. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to affected customers.

SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to the text messaging program operated by Pinto Brothers, Inc. ("Pinto," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Pinto, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Pinto operates an SMS program to inform customers of current product availability, pricing, and inventory on the Pinto sales floor. The program is intended for active business customers with existing accounts. Messages are sent during market hours on business days. Customers may respond to messages with questions or to place orders; responses are handled by Pinto sales staff.
2. Consent and Enrollment
You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pinto at the mobile number you provide. Consent is obtained through one of the following methods:
Online form submission at pintobrothers.com/sms-opt-in
Written consent form signed in person or electronically
Other documented consent method tied to your customer account
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per weekday during market hours. Frequency may be lower on holidays or non-business days.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Pinto does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may charge you for text messages or data usage according to your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any Pinto text message:
STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, REVOKE, STOP ALL
You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You may also request opt-out by contacting your Pinto sales representative or by emailing info@pintobrothers.com. Opt-outs are honored within one business day.
6. How to Get Help

7. Re-Subscription
If you have opted out and wish to re-subscribe, reply START to the last message you received, submit a new opt-in form, or contact your Pinto sales representative.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of Pinto's control.
9. Supported Carriers
This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
Pinto may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The Effective Date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via text message to program participants.
